Role and profile
Gie Liem is a Senior Lecturer and Course Director of Food and Nutrition at Deakin University at the school of Exercise and Nutrition Science . He previously was a project leader and researcher at Wageningen University, Unilever Research (the Netherlands) and the Monell Chemical Senses Center (US). He published widely in peer reviewed journals and books on food choice and taste development of children.
