Dr Katie Lacy is a Lecturer in Nutritional Science and a member of the Centrefor Physical Activity and Nutrition Research (C-PAN) within the School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences. Dr Lacy is the Geelong Campus Coordinator for four nutrition-related undergraduate units. Teaching responsibilities

Dr Lacy’s primary research interests are children’s eating behaviour, childhood obesity,child-feeding strategies and children’s fruit and vegetable intakes. She has conducted research using a range of methodologies, including experimental and laboratory-based eating behaviour approaches, focus groups, social network analysis and analysis of community-based cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys. |
