Role and profile
Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics. Previous experience as clinical education and as clinician prior to commencement at Deakin


Teaching responsibilities
Contribute to teaching into masters of Dietetics programs with a focus in clinical dietetics and professional development
Unit chair of undergraduate and post graduate nutrition units in sports nutrition and pubic health nutrition
Currently supervising honours student in partnership with the Austin Hospital looking into the use of a fibre supplement on patients with diarrhoea in the ICU setting



Research interests
Interest in clinical dietetics as it relates to improving evidence based management. Clinical interest ins in the area of ICU and gastrointestinal surgery
Currently completing Masters of Public Health with an interest in International Health/Nutrition
