Dr Fraser is involved in the Deakin University Human Ethics Advisory Group.

He has reviewed scientific papers for Diabetes Medicine, American Journal of Physiology, Journal of Applied Physiology, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise, Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism.

Dr Fraster also delivers presentations to community groups including ACHPER, local hospitals and schools.
