Role and profile
Karen Henderson is the Senior School Administrative Officer for the School of Health and Social Development.

Karen is responsible, in conjunction with the School Executive Officer (SEO), to ensure the ongoing development and monitoring of effective and efficient administrative processes to achieve both strategic and operational objectives. The SSAO is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the administrative operations of the School in such a way that effective and efficient outcomes are achieved through a process of cooperation and shared responsibility. The position has direct responsibility for management of all student administration.

Karen is located at the Geelong Waterfront campus - Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Burwood campus Wednesday and Thursday.
