Role and profile
Kelli Nicola-Richmond is a lecturer in Occupational Therapy in the School of Health and Social Development. Kelli has worked as a physiotherapist and in allied health quality and practice in the disability sector in Victoria for the past 13 years. Kelli has a strong interest in person-centred practice and in improving the quality of allied health services. Her practice, teaching and research interests include evidence based practice, outcomes measurement and facilitating participation for people with a disability.

Kelli is currently Unit Chair in HSO405 Occupational Science and Therapy Practicum B
