Role and profile
Kim Jackson is the School Executive Officer (SEO) for the School Of Health and Social Development and is a member of the School leadership team.

The SEO provides leadership and high level strategic support and advice to the Head of School in relation to the operational functions of the School; including infrastructure, financial management, course marketing, staff management and technical support.

Kim ensures that all business functions and operational frameworks support the School’s strategic objectives, human resource planning and recruitment, brand development, physical assets, course development and accreditation, marketing and student recruitment, are delivered both efficiently and effectively.

Kim is currently participating in the Talent Management at Deakin School Executive Officer Leadership Program.
