Linda Wilson is a Lecturer in the area of Disability in the School of Health and Social Development. She teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Linda Wilson is an active researcher into a range of issues related to service quality in the disability field.

Linda Wilson’s research is primarily concerned with understanding perceptions of service quality in the disability field. This research can be broken down into three different perspectives, those of the service, provider, manager and user. Her other areas of interest are the Law and intellectual disability; Citizenship and disability;Ethical frameworks for decision making Service to the University, discipline or community
