During her research career, Dr. Dean has been responsible for the development and coordination of several multi-centre, international clinical trials. Dr. Dean's current research interests include both basic and clinical science and centre around developing treatments targeting oxidative biology and inflammation in several psychiatric disorders. She is currently running several clinical trials investigating new therapies, targeting new pathways in depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and autism.
