Role and profile
Dr Diane Phillips is an Associate Professor at the Burwood campus of Deakin University, her academic responsibilities include teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate midwifery education and supervision of students enrolled in higher degree courses. She is the Course Coordinator for the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery/Master of Midwifery and Master of Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner).
Research interests
Dr Phillips research interests include professional education, women's health including pregnancy, labour and birth; women who use substances (illicit drugs, alcohol and tobacco) during pregnancy.
