Role and profile
Sara commenced as a lecturer in higher education in 2008, prior to this her work as a midwife encompassed clinical and education roles in private and public health facilities. Sara is a Lecturer in the area of Midwifery in the School of Nursing. She teaches students in the undergraduate degree of Nursing and Midwifery and post graduate diploma of Midwifery students.

Research interests
Sara’s interest in research areas include the teaching and learning of tertiary education, graduate preparedness for practice and care provision for low-risk women during the childbearing continuum.
