The Faculty of Health plays a key role in the University's partnerships, reflecting our broad areas of expertise and our strong commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
The development of partnerships has been critical in establishing the Faculty’s strong position in the health, human services and education sectors. Formal and informal partnerships have been forged with government departments and agencies, public and private hospitals, research institutes, private industry, advocacy groups, professional bodies, and community groups.
We are committed to strengthening existing relationships and developing new partnerships that can improve health outcomes. Each partnership extends the boundaries of the partners, ensuring that our educational programs are relevant to the health and human services sectors and industry and contributing to stronger research and professional capacities in the communities we serve.
The Faculty is delighted with the success of its partnerships and with the growth in external funding attracted by the partners to support their activities. We look forward to strengthening our existing partnerships and to developing novel and exciting collaborative projects with new partners.
