HPY201 Psychology Internship

Enrolments in HPY201 Psychology Internship are capped due to the limited availability of suitable industry placements.

Students wishing to enrol in the unit need to apply directly to the School of Psychology. Eligible applicants will have normally completed at least 8 credit points of study, and will be ranked on the basis of their average mark received at Deakin University for level-1 units.

Although HPY201 teaching staff normally organize placements for students, the application process will also allow students to nominate and describe placements that they can organize for themselves (note that placements are normally between 10-15 days duration). Such students may be accepted into the unit in excess of the enrolment cap.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application to enrol in HPY201 by email in mid-January.

Enrolments for HPY201 in Trimester 1, 2014 have now closed.

Enrolments for Trimester 1, 2015 will open in late 2014.
