Confirmation

The confirmation process is a procedure designed to monitor the progress of HDR students. Confirmation should occur after 12 months for full-time students and 2 years for part time students. The process should be viewed by students as a good opportunity to receive some feedback regarding their literature review and research proposal. Specifically, the process involves two main components:

• Submission of a literature review (around 6,000 to 10,000 words)
• Presentation of your literature review and proposed research in the HDR colloquia.
