Our job is to research new processes and technologies that enhance the quality and / or the efficiency of tasks performed by staff in the School. Staff can access support from the group in one of three ways:
  1. Lodge a support request using the online system
     Using the online system you can submit a job request (see below for full detail) and track its progress.

  2. Access video resources
    Video resources highlight current teaching innovations and also provide assistance with a number of common tasks (e.g., recording a narrated PowerPoint).

  3. Make a suggestion
    The aim of the group is to provide effective support. If there’s something you want help with not currently offered, please contact Ben Richardson (benr@deakin.edu.au)
