The Human Right and Nursing Awards is a part of the official ICNE 2013 Conference program. However the Conference Committee warmly invites guests to attend the Awards without registering for the entire conference. If you would like to attend only the Awards event, and no other component of the ICNE conference, please email your details to events@deakin.edu.au Please note that the Awards will start promptly at 4.45pm and will conclude at 5.30pm on Thursday 16th May 2013. Payments

Payment can be made via the online registration system using Visa or Mastercard.

Delegates paying by cheque should complete a manual registration form and send their completed registration form and cheque (payable to Deakin University) to:

All payments must be made in Australian dollars and received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to confirm your registration. A tax (GST) invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations notified in writing prior to 16 April 2013 to:

Will be eligible for a refund less $150. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligible person. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.
