Epworth HealthCare
The Centre for Clinical Nursing Research is a partnership between Deakin University and Epworth HealthCare. The Centre, led by Professor Mari Botti, has as its core commitments, the support and promotion of innovative practice developments, improved patient outcomes and professional development of clinical and academic staff.
Deakin University has close links with Epworth Healthcare providing clinical research opportunities in a variety of acute health settings. This collaborative relationship between a healthcare and tertiary sector provides a unique setting for students seeking clinically focussed research training. The Centre’s research agenda is to develop an evidence base to enhance quality and safety in the delivery of clinical care and to examine the impact of new technologies on health outcomes. The Centre for Clinical Nursing Research is located on the third floor, Consulting Suites, 62 Erin Street, Richmond.
