Role and profile
Dr Webb is an active researcher who has extensive expertise in social psychology. A former member of the Executive of the Society of Australasian Social Psychologists, she holds membership of various professional associations, including permanent membership of the International Society of Justice Research. She supervises research projects across various levels, including doctoral, Ph.D. and Masters.

Research Interests
Janine's research interests primarily concern the interface between socially disadvantaged groups and social systems over time. Closely related topics of interest include:

- social justice
- social exclusion, marginalisation and the conceptualisation of participation
- power
- cultural competence
- behaviour in social dilemmas
- environmental behaviour
