Office for Learning and Teaching Fellowships

The Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) provides a Fellowship program aimed at advancing learning and teaching in Higher Education through the support of ‘strategic’ and ‘high-profile’ activities. The Fellowship program is made up of National Teaching Fellowships and Mid-Career Fellowships. Nominations close late February each year.

Deakin University's Higher Education Research Group provides support to those wishing to apply for a fellowship; including application review and endorsement, which are OLT requirements to the application process.

The OLT website has a list of the most recent Fellows and project summaries and further information on the Fellowships program

Professor Beverley Oliver, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning Futures), currently holds a National Teaching Fellowship, see below, and welcomes enquiries on how to prepare to achieve a Fellowship.

Deakin University acknowledges the traditional land owners of present campus sites.
