Introduction
The Professional Development Unit (PDU) Faculty of Health, Medicine, Nursing and Behavioural Sciences
offers high quality distance education in many areas of health care. Single modules
of study are available in many facets of nursing .
Modules provide nurses, allied health professionals and interested graduates
with the opportunity to:
- update professional skills
- support current practice
- change focus in practice
- seek an alternative entry into higher education. (Please note: When enrolled in an award course, students may apply for Advanced Standing for the satisfactory completion of at least two PDU modules, when entry requirements are met).
