Leadership and Organisational Change: Multiple-level Assessment, Coaching, and Development
Short Course 2009 - available every trimester in 2010

Deakin University, in association with MLQ International, is excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in the innovative new short course; 'Leadership and Organisational Change: Multiple-level Assessment, Coaching, and Development'. This is the first year this course has been made available to an international audience. The online interactive environment also presents the opportunity for course delegates to build valuable international relationships with other working professionals.    

This course is provided over 7 weeks (equivalent to 5 learning days) and covers:

• Leadership theories and frameworks
• Evidence based practices
• Assessment of leadership at multiple levels
• Executive coaching

Features include a range of learning and practice modalities including

• Moderated eLive discussion sessions and case study reviews,
• Personal report assessment feedback and
• actual facilitation practice,
•  Access to extensive reference and practice resource materials;
• Progressive assessment and delegate feedback during each module.
  

Completion of modules 2 and 3 of the course enables expedited application to MLQ International to achieve accreditation in the suite of MLQ tools. These leadership assessment tools are supported by advanced rater data-collection platforms and other facilities to commercially deliver assessment reports to clients of course delegates.
