The Faculty Research and Graduate Studies Office plays a key role in the development and implementation of Faculty research policy; the management of all matters related to research administration within the Faculty and in attracting funding for research.
The Office is responsible for providing support to the Schools of the Faculty in the recruitment of prospective higher degree by research students, and to current higher degree by research candidates during their study program.
An additional role of the Faculty Research Office is to provide administrative support for the Deakin University Human Ethics Advisory Group, Health, Medicine, Nursing and Behavioural Sciences (HEAG-H).
Note: The University Research Office is the responsible authority for all regulations and procedures governing higher degree by research candidature and scholarships.
