The Human Resources (HR) Division provides a comprehensive range of strategic, consultancy and operational HR services to all staff of the University across its four campuses, through:

• Five distinct functional areas: Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Wellbeing and Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Relations and Performance Management, Employee Capability and Development and the Employee Lifecycle; and

• Two teams spanning and working with all functional areas: the Client Partnering team and the HR Information and Systems team
