Recruitment and Onboarding
Group responsibilities:
- Provide advice and administrative support for Senior appointments
- Coordinate advertising in consultation with HR Advisers for the purposes of recruitment
- Coordinate Academic Promotion
- Provide advice on job design, preparation of position descriptions and undertake job evaluation
- Project work to deliver improvements to recruitment, induction and onboarding practices
- Policy and Procedure review to facilitate professional recruitment practices
- Remuneration benchmarking and reporting to Senior Salaries Committee
