Access to the HRMS is provided to most staff within HRSD and also may be required by specified staff members within Faculties and Divisions to assist them in performing their regular duties.
If you require access to the HRMS, you will need to complete a HRMS Application form, which must then be approved by your Faculty Administration Manager/Registrar or Head of Division.
Completed and authorised application forms should be sent to the HR Information Systems Group, Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds.
Access can usually be granted within three days following receipt of your application.
If you have not used the HRMS system previously, training can be arranged by contacting your HR Adviser (Employment).
