Staff development

The Deakin staff development framework (58 KB) identifies and articulates the type of development opportunities available for all Deakin staff.

The Framework also identifies the relationship between the University’s mission, core commitments, values and strategic goals, and how each of these combined form the foundation to identify the capabilities required of Deakin’s current and future workforce

Please note:  The 2012 Staff Development Calendar is currently under development. You can view and nominate for courses already scheduled for 2012 by accessing the Training folder on StaffConnect. For assistance please refer to How to nominate for a course via StaffConnect (4 MB).
