Study support

The University is committed to providing reasonable support to general staff in acquiring and enhancing skills and knowledge in order that they can contribute most effectively to the fulfilment of the University's mission. General staff may be eligible for support in the form of study leave and fee reimbursement.

The course of study should be relevant to the the school/division and lead to an enhancement of skills for both the individual member of staff and the University, or where a clear career direction can be demonstrated.

The staff member should discuss their intention to apply for study leave with their supervisor through the PPR process.
