Life Style Inventory (LSI) - 360 degree feedback

The Lifestyles Inventory assists individuals to get to know themselves better.  LSI 1 is a self description measure and LSI 2 uses 360 degree feedback from others to measure individual thinking styles and behaviours.

The LSI identifies the underlying thoughts and motivations that guide an individual's behaviour which in turn contributes to that person's work performance. The process helps to identify the relationship between behavioural styles and individual effectiveness. It provides a framework for building personal capability through action plans.

It is possible to monitor change and improvement over time through re-measures.
