HDR Professional Research Development Seminar Series

Every year, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences is running a series of seminars for graduate or Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) across the disciplines.

The seminars, delivered by more senior members of faculty from across various disciplines, will each focus on different aspects of the research process, and what is involved in professional life as a research academic.

In 2015, the seminars will be run on various Wednesdays, from 10:00am  to 11:00 am.  The location for April and May dates is C2.05 via videolink to Geelong meeting room ic1.108.

The next seminar, scheduled for Wednesday 29th April is 'Assessing a PhD thesis: The Examiner's Perspective' presented by Prof Louise Johnson (Australian Studies)
