Any request for a test-date transfer must be made in writing at least five weeks before the test date and incurs a $50 administration fee.

Any request for test cancellation must be made in writing at least five weeks before the test date and will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the test fee.

Candidates who request a transfer or cancellation of their test less than five weeks before the test date will not be eligible for a refund unless they are able to demonstrate extenuating circumstances.

Candidates cannot request a transfer to a new test date that is six months or more from the date of their original application. Candidates who require a transfer to a test date six months or more from the date of their original application must apply for a refund (where a cancellation fee of 25% of the test fee will apply) and will need to reapply, including providing new, up-to-date photographs.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance on test day. Candidates who are unable to attend because of serious illness may apply for a refund if they can provide relevant documentary evidence within five days of the test.

We will make every effort to cater to the special needs of candidates with disabilities. Requests for special administrative arrangements should be made at least three months in advance and must be supported by relevant documentation.
