Any request for a test-date transfer must be made in writing at least five weeks before the test date and will incur a $50 administration fee.
Candidates applying for a test-date transfer must bring their passport with them at the time of applying for the transfer.
Candidates cannot request a transfer to a new test date that is six months or more from the date of their original application.
Candidates can only apply for a transfer a maximum of two times using the same application.
Any request for a test cancellation must be made in writing at least five weeks before the test date and will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the test fee.
Candidates who request a transfer or cancellation of their test less than five weeks before the test date will not be eligible for a refund unless they are able to demonstrate extenuating circumstances.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance on test day. Candidates who are unable to attend because of serious illness may apply for a refund if they can provide relevant documentary evidence within five business days of the test. Medical certificates will only be accepted from registered medical practitioners.
