Institute of Teaching and Learning

The Institute of Teaching and Learning (ITL) provides one supportive, easily accessible point of contact for a range of centralised academic professional development opportunities to all new and existing staff for learning more about enhancing classroom situated, blended and online learning and teaching at Deakin University. We also work in partnership with academic staff, schools and faculties to develop tailored professional development programs and resources to meet specific requirements. Finally, ITL staff can also assist in identifying and/or matching teaching strategies with appropriate tools within Deakin Studies Online (DSO) and train staff in the innovative application of them in their units and courses.
