ITL Support Service

The ITL Support Service (previously the Teaching Support Service) is your primary contact point for the Institute of Teaching and Learning (ITL).

To achieve our aim of enhancing the capability of all staff to be effective educators, from the new academic through to the experienced professor, we offer:

training and support to get you started in teaching and learning
help in applying relevant strategies to teaching and learning
methods to explore and evaluate pedagogies
assistance in improving your curriculum design
advice on applying for teaching awards and grants
professional development and guidance for mastering online teaching and learning technologies.

Hours of operation

Monday to Friday
9:00am - 12:30pm
1:00pm - 4:30pm

ITL Support phone service will not be available 1-3 December during the ascilite conference. For urgent queries please email itl-support@deakin.edu.au. We will check email twice a day.

The ITL Support Service will be unavailable on the 12 December for the ITL staff meeting and during the Christmas holiday shutdown.
