Gail presents professional development workshops for teaching and learning online to Deakin staff which include the use of eLive, Blackboard, Mediawiki, Drupal and the Learning Repository. She also contributes to the development of training, professional development and support resources for the Institute of Teaching and Learning and mentored in the Graduate Certificate in Online Education unit Specialist Studies in Tertiary Teaching and Learning in 2010 and 2011.
