Accepting the Java Security Certificate

When you first login to DSO and the home page loads, the browser will require you to accept a Java security certificate. You must always accept this certificate for DSO to operate effectively.

Accept Mozilla Firefox Java security certificate (PC)

Click Yes or Always to accept.

Accept Mozilla Firefox Java security certificate (Mac)

Click Yes to accept.

Note: If you press on any links or buttons before the security certificate window has finished loading or before acceptance has been established, your session will end in error and you may be required to manually quit and restart your browser application. Not accepting the Java security certificate may also cause problems with attaching and uploading your files, for example, when you are uploading a file to attach to an assignment submission.
