Enable popup windows

Quick guide for Mac users

DSO makes use of pop-up windows. If you have a pop-up blocker installed, you will need to disable it for this site. The following instructions disable pop-up blockers in Safari and Mozilla Firefox:

Enable popup windows in Safari

1. Click on Safari.

2. Ensure that Block Pop-Up Windows does NOT have a tick against it. If it does, click on Block Pop-Up Windows to enable popups.

3. Quit/exit Safari after you change settings and then re-start the application.

Enable pop-up windows in Mozilla Firefox

1. Click on Firefox and choose Preferences.

2. Click on the Content tab.

3. Ensure that Block pop-up windows is NOT ticked.

4. Close the window.

5. Quit/exit Mozilla Firefox after you change settings and then re-start the application.
