A range of resources and services are available to help you with your online teaching. These include self-help guides, FAQs, just-in-time support, online modules, forums and professional development opportunities.

Faculty Teaching and Learning Teams

Professional development and support for the new DSO is being managed by individual Faculties. Your first step is to contact your Faculty teaching and learning teams.

IT Service Desk (ITSD)

For technical problems, such as difficulties logging on, computer and browser issues, contact the IT Service Desk.

Client Services
KMD also assist unit teams with the design and development of course materials and manage the DSO system. The preferred point of contact for accessing these services is via the relevant Client Services Manager.

Institute of Teaching and learning (ITL)

ITL works in partnership with academic staff, Schools, Faculties and Divisions, to develop tailored professional development programs and resources. These include face-to-face workshops, online modules, forums and Good practice examples.
