Client Services
KMD also assist unit teams with the design and development of course materials and manage the DSO system. The preferred point of contact for accessing these services is via the relevant Client Services Manager.
ITL works in partnership with academic staff, Schools, Faculties and Divisions, to develop tailored professional development programs and resources. These include face-to-face workshops, online modules, forums and Good practice examples.
