Roll Forming Industry Collaborative Conference
13th - 14th May 2010, Geelong, Australia
The purpose of this Congress was to enable an exchange between scientists and engineers working on roll forming in Australia and abroad and to determine the need to set up an Australian Roll Forming Industry cluster.
On the afternoon of the first day, a technical visit was held at the Centre for Material and Fibre Innovation (CMFI) one of Deakin University's core research centres, conducting world-class research into the metallurgy of steels/light metals and sheet metal forming.
This event forms part of the dissemination of the Australian Research Council (ARC) linkage project : "Design Strategy for Cold Roll Formed Products".
