The IT Service Desk provides a central point of contact for Deakin staff and students to report all IT faults, queries and service requests covered in the IT Service Catalogue.
Calls relating to the use of presentation facilities made from the phones provided in teaching spaces are automatically allocated a priority within the call queue to minimise disruptions to teaching.
It is designed to be the first point of contact for IT support and work towards the resolution of issues in the shortest time possible to ensure that any disruptions are minimised.
