The IT Service Desk provides a central point of contact for Deakin staff and students to report all IT faults, queries and service requests covered in the IT Service Catalogue.

Calls relating to the use of presentation facilities made from the phones provided in teaching spaces are automatically allocated a priority within the call queue to minimise disruptions to teaching.

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT support and helps to ensure that IT issues are resolved in the shortest possible time with minimal disruption to work.

Monday to Friday 7am - midnight
Weekends 8am - 8pm
