Oracle and MySQL database managed server

This service provides the ability for Oracle and MySQL databases to run on DeS managed servers. DeS will maintain the hardware, operating system, security and backup capability while allocating an amount of database space to those with a specific business need. DeS aims to achieve 98.5% availability of this service each calendar month.

Database space: DeS is centrally funded to provide this service to Deakin University students that have an educational need.
