Telecommunications

This service provides staff and some public areas with access to fixed telephones through a leased program. Staff have the ability to conduct a voice conference with up to 8 parties for unscheduled meetings and 20 lines for scheduled meetings. This service also provides staff with corporate mobile devices where appropriate approval is in place and discounted mobile phone rates and handsets for personal use only. Additionally this service allows staff to access a bulk sending SMS facility.
