Client Services

Client Services Team liaises with academic and professional staff across the University to promote, support and coordinate development of course content and promotional materials, principally to enrich the student learning experience.

Client Services link the teaching, learning and promotional materials needs of faculties and divisions with the creative and productive competencies of the Content Development team and the Logistics Division to achieve quality digital, online and printed resources.

A Client Services Manager is assigned to a portfolio of faculties and divisions to scope requirements for development of course materials in advance of each trimester.
