• DSO support and development- technical assistance, site design and resource development
• Study guide and Readings development - full support for editing and formatting of study guides and readings (print and online), including provision for copyright clearance
• Editing and publication services - full range of editing and formatting services for print, web, mobile devices
• Student focus groups - focus groups seeking student views on preferred learning styles and alternative materials and formats.
• Sound and Vision production - scripting and recording of audio and/or video, and photography
• Off-air recordings - television and radio broadcast recording (DVD or online streaming)
• Interactives - online role play, simulations, exercises and activities
• Lecture recording - iLecture and portable digital recorder services
• Accessibility - accessibility reviews and services for students with special needs
• Copyright - compliance under fair use (PartVB) of the legislation and through negotiation for special permission
