Promotional materials toolkit

When organising an event, visit the Event and Visit Management Manual from the Marketing Division and the Visual Style Guide.

Knowledge Media in collaboration with the Marketing and Logistics divisions, has created a toolkit to help you quickly go from idea to
finished material.

The kit includes:

• Promotion – brochures, call for papers, workshop program, newsletters, web site, invitations
• Event trimmings – name tags, place cards, certificates
• Follow-up – newsletters, DVD/CDROM labels

All designs are pre-approved by Marketing for use in events support materials – all you need to do is select some great images to customise. The toolkit is organised in three areas:

• Design proformas – these require access to Adobe In-Design or assistance from Faculty Marketing or Knowledge Media
• DIY templates – ready-to-go MS Word templates that can be printed by Logistics Print Services or on your local printer
• Web site template – design advice for creating the web site.

Please note, these templates are not approved for use in producing course brochures or other recruitment materials. The Marketing Division has developed templates to use for recruitment materials. These are available from the Marketing branding web site
