The Indian Biography Database (INDBIO), produced by the School of Politics, La Trobe University, Melbourne, is a database containing details of the members of India's lower-house (the Lok Sabha) of Parliament elected between 1977 and 1991. The database includes biographical information provided by the members of parliament, and includes death dates, references to obituary notices, and notes about recent events in legislators' careers. INDBIO provides a comprehensive dictionary of the men and women who have been India's legislators since 1977. Five general elections have been held in that period.

The Indigenous Studies Bibliography (AIATSIS), compiled by Pat Brady, Barry Cundy and Alana Garwood at the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Library, is a bibliographic database that indexes published and unpublished material on Australian Indigenous studies. Source documents include journal articles, newspapers, pamphlets, published government reports, published conference papers, book chapters, books, discussion and working papers, and published statistical documents. Subject coverage: All records relate to Australian Indigenous studies, and are in English with some in Australian Indigenous languages. The broad topic areas cover languages, cultures, anthropology, archaeology, health, education, arts, oral histories, history, legal issues such as native title, criminal justice, land rights, customary law and its recognition, women's issues, youth issues, government policies and programs. The Indonesian Learned Periodicals Database (PDIP), produced by the Center for Scientific Documentation and Information - Indonesian Institute of Sciences (PDII-LIPI), is a bibliographic database that indexes articles and conference proceedings on the sciences in Indonesia, as well as seminar papers on science and technology that were organised in Indonesia. Coverage: PDIP indexes more than 1,280 journals ranging from the humanities and social sciences, physical sciences, and pure and applied sciences. PDIP reflects the function of the Center for Scientific Documentation and Information at the Institute of Sciences, namely to collect Indonesian scientific publications, to document activities of scientific publications on Indonesia, to develop a national scientific bibliographical database, and to provide scientific and technical information (STI) services.
