Australian Historic Records Register (AHRR), produced by the Australian Bicentennial Authority with assistance from the National Library of Australia, is a list of paper-based records held in private hands in Australia, dating from settlement to 1988. Source documents include letters, diaries, photographs, financial records, posters, sketches, recipe books, catalogues, minute books, registers and other material. AHRR provides an insight into life in Australia from settlement to 1988.
