Library Client Surveys

We're always looking for innovative and effective ways to improve what we do, to help shape the services available to staff, students and the community. Every two years the Library undertakes a client survey to enable you to give us feedback. We use these results to improve what we do.

Wondering what happens with the confidential responses? Read on to see how we've improved your library based on feedback from previous surveys.

Library Client Survey 2016

A sample of Deakin staff and students completed the latest Library Client Survey in September. All entries went into the draw to win an iPad mini. The winner, selected at random, was Nicoline Griffin. Congratulations to Nicoline, and a big thank you to everyone who completed the survey.
