Requesting a journal article

To request a copy of an article, book chapter, etc, through Interlibrary Loans:

1. Use the Advanced Search to enter the name of the Journal, using quotation marks. e.g. "Australian Geographic" will produce a more specific result than Australian Geographic alone. Do not search for the title of the article. Searching by ISSN (if you know it) will return the best results.

2. On the Search Results page, click on the Title link to go to the details of the item, and click Get it! Request it to make the request.

3. The Request Item page will open, with the bibliographic details of the Journal, complete all details of the article including: volume, year and page numbers, check the Copy radio button and Request.
