I can't find any full text books when I use Discover More.
Select Hello Guest. Login for full access at top of page, then enter your username/password.
I've entered a password but cannot access the databases from home.
Check that your security software isn't preventing access.
Check that popup-blockers on your browser alow for Deakin University websites.
I'm prevented from accessing a database I've used before.
Some databases such as BCA or EBM Reviews allow limited numbers of users at a time. Check the initial information page and try again later.
How do I know if a journal article is peer reviewed?
If you want to search for articles that are peer reviewed, most databases have a Peer Reviewed checkbox in the limiters fields.
If you know the journal article, check Ulrich's Periodicals. Enter the journal that the article comes from, peer reviewed journals have symbol like a referee's shirt next to the title.
How much does it cost to access the wireless network in the library?
Wireless is available free of charge to students and staff for academic purposes.
I'm a community borrower. where is my library ID?
It is the X0... number on your membership card.
