Focus Group participants are asked to write on a prepared sheet 3-5 current services that are valued (this is then collected)
Participants are then asked to write on a prepared sheet 3-5 aspects of current service that irritate or annoy. They are asked to rate the annoyance A= small; B = annoys; C = angry (this is then collected)
