Final Vote on Value Elements
Participants are given a set of coloured dots (say, red = 5 and green = 2)
All the value elements (concept headings from the affinity diagram) have by now been written on a chart, and participants are asked to VOTE with their dots to tell the Library which areas to concentrate efforts
